1. Watch English Movies and Seasons
Watching movies and seasons will help you learn conversational English. You will observe the way people talk, how they make the use of different words that we know and don’t know. Slang and informal words are used in movies and seasons which will help you with improving your conversational behavior.
2. English News
English news is a great source if you want to improve formal speaking. TV Channels like BBC, CNN, and newspapers/magazines like The Guardian, New York times, etc. broadcast their news and columns in a very professional way. Making a habit of reading these will help you with improving your formal communication skills in English.
3. Have conversations in English
Having conversations in English help you using the words that you are learning. If you have native English speaker friends, you are lucky enough to talk to them. You can also talk to yourself in English. There are thousands of ways you can improve anything in your life. Improving the English language is one of them.
4. Focus on Fluency
How often do you stop while talking in English?
The more you stop, you will lose your confidence in it. Speak it, even if it is wrong but don’t stop. If you get fluency, you can correct your words too. Try using tongue twisters which will help you to be comfortable with certain words.
5. Read Books/Novels
Reading is a very good habit. It has a lot of benefits and it will help you learning and improving your vocabulary.
6. Listen More
The more you listen, the more you learn. Listen to understand. When you understand, you can reply with the right words.
