COVID has brought enormous changes to work nature. Most of the offices will work different or it would take years to get the old routine back.

There are a number of productivity apps which will help you in measuring your progress and make your work easier and faster. A number of tools with free and premium access can be found online. Some of them are:

  1. Evernote
  2. Buffer
  3. Canva
  4. Trello
  5. Slack
  6. LastPass
  7. Google Keep

Here we will look at how to be more productive during the hours of chaos?

Make a schedule and follow it

You will come across a lot of distraction at home. Your phone keeps giving you notifications from WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, and Phone calls. You will receive unexpected guests or hangout calls from your friends. But if you have set up your schedule you have to follow it honestly. People will portray you as arrogant but your schedule is your schedule that you have to follow strictly to be more productive.

Invest in yourself

You won’t regret investing in yourself. Invest in learning, shopping, and get everything that makes you happy. You will have more knowledge if you invest in learning, you will be happy if you invest in shopping and these things will motivate you and make you more productive.

You will be surprised to know the fact that working dressed up makes you more productive than working in a sleeping suit or comfy dresses. Make productivity a high priority and follow the things that make you productive.

Make your surrounding organized

You either create a work station in your bedroom or a separate room. You have to keep your everything organized in your sight. Looking at things that are organized has a good mental effect that makes you feel happy rather than messy bed, clothes thrown here and there.

Be thankful to your blessings

Be thankful for what you have. Even for little things. Many people wish to have those things but they can’t get them. Be happy for your good health, your resources, and the work you are doing especially during the crisis when many people have lost their jobs.

Be thankful for every small and bigger thing around you. It will make you happy, and you will be more productive.
